Swati is a Bantu language spoken by people in southern Africa. The native name of the language is siSwati, and the people who speak it are known as emaSwati.

siSwati has 2,5 million native speakers and is spoken in Eswatini and South Africa. siSwati is a member of the Nguni language group, and is most closely related to isiXhosa, isiNdebele and isiZulu.
