Angula

Angula was born out of language activism, with its founder Mukondleteri Dumela initially founding the Xitsonga.org project to bring the Xitsonga language into the digital age. As the Xitsonga.org project gained popularity, the concept of Angula emerged, spurred by suggestions to expand Xitsonga.org's scope to encompass more languages.

Today, Angula's aim is to make the learning process of any African language easier and more accessible. At the heart of Angula's mission is the belief in the power of language to connect people and foster cross-cultural empathy. We celebrate linguistic diversity and aspire to contribute to a more harmonious world by helping individuals build stronger bonds through language learning.
